My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were a bit small compared to Australian standards, which is typical in Paris. They were clean but could use some touch-ups like paint and carpet. Despite being soundproof, the room was still affected by the cold, and even though I called room service, they could only confirm the system was working. The service was a bit of a mix; while the staff were friendly and didn't laugh at my attempts at French, they seemed clueless about some tourist spots and couldn't provide much help with directions. The location was convenient with easy access to bus and metro stops, but it was a bit far from the city center. Unfortunately, friends were not allowed to wait inside and had to stand outside on the street with no seating. The dining options were decent, but I would have liked more variety. Overall, the facilities were satisfactory. The price was reasonable given the amenities, but some improvements could enhance the value for money.

The room was decent size with a good bath and a fair bit of space for our luggage, which was great. However, the rooms were slightly smaller than expected and felt a bit old.

The rooms were noisy and stinky due to guests smoking near the stairs, but the dining experience was memorable with fresh vegetables and herbs. Despite the minor inconveniences, the facilities were basic but sufficient to keep us going for a few hours.

The service was extremely pleasant and helpful, although the continuous knocking on the door in the evenings and mornings was slightly inconvenient. The location, named the KREMLIN, was convenient for my purposes but not ideal if you don't have a car, as it's quite far from major attractions. Unfortunately, the dining experience wasn't great in a side room, and some aspects were disappointing. The facilities were basic but adequate overall.

I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The location was fantastic, being right next to the metro station which made getting around Paris super easy. The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel so welcome. However, the room was a bit on the smaller side and could have been more comfortable. The dining experience was exceptional with a variety of delicious options every morning. The facilities were top-notch, especially the secure underground parking which was very convenient.
